Ban Reason: As hotel staff, went on station and murderboned with his grace.

Appeal Reason: “There are two role-specific traitor items that either greatly encourage or flat out require murderbone, these being the clown car and His Grace. Murderboning with these will not be punished.” New Rulings. Furthermore I’ve matured and in hindsight this was an extreme pratfall on my part.

Additional Information: Originally I had thought the hotel staff warning, especially on LRP was just flavortext, something left over from the roots of /tg/code, so I thought it would be fine to visit the station as I was just bored and wanted to have some fun, when I came across His Grace and picked it up, then realizing it was open by its shaky nature, when I saw the “Spines form around your arm” bit, I obviously was alarmed and since I was a rather veteran player I killed a few people to try and stay alive (as well as ascend His Grace), but I got eaten by him because of his massive hunger, leading it to be stuck in an enraged state while ascended, which I think would have massively disrupted the round. Keep in mind that the station was already extremely fucked, having alot of crew killed by Grace and traitors alike before, and I think there may have been a wizard that round too. I really regret my decision seeing as I must’ve ruined the players rounds who were in the hellscape of a light-less scrapheap killed by me, but the rules I see broken here are simply #7, common sense. I’ll make sure to ask about the policies on these things next time, but I’d simply like to play again. I apologize to anyone who may have perished for my actions as a Hotel staff, and I hardly think that investigation is required for a ruling, it’s a Yes or No choice up to you.

Murderboning with those items AS AN ANTAGONIST. You were not an antagonist, for future reference, in this case.

As soon as you pick it up, you’re required to kill people.

Anyways, the actual ban. It was most likely placed since you were hotel staff, you wouldn’t have gotten banned if you were actually a part of the crew. As you may know by now, hotel staff isn’t allowed on the station.

Yes, I referenced that and understand not to use ghost roles to rejoin the round in the future, I am sorry for anyone I grievanced during the tenure of the round.

Rocky notes, but it’s been several months. I’m in favor of an unbean by this point, with a strong advisory to obey the text you’re given when you get any role.

I second this opinion and consider an unban to be a fair response.

The hotel staff murderboning was not good, as outlined in council rulings, but the man has been banned for a fairly long time.
