Ban Date (03/01/2020):
Round ID:13039
Released fusion on the shuttle by breaking a firelock holding it back. His alibi was he was trying to save someone in there, but he crawled out. Appeal on beestation13.com
I didn’t mean to do harm and had no idea I could just drag the person out.
I ran in the shuttle and found a person (who I had just operated) seemingly locked in a holobarrier wall on 3 sides, by the back of the shuttle, with some weird ‘fuzz’ inside, reminding me of plasma, but not quite it. I’ve never played as an engineer or atmos and had no idea what that might be, but just a week or so, me and Cradorsky were getting trapped in by an engi in some sorta barriers ‘for fun’ and I figured someone did a similar prank on the lizard inside. I tried getting him out but didn’t quite understand that since those say ‘firelocks’, they might be passable for people that are not /fire/, and I honestly still dont know how exactly they work. I think I saw someone actualy punch the barrier so I started hitting it, trying to free the lizard.
I hate ruining fun for other people and I think this is genuinly the first time I got banned on anywhere. After the round ended it looked like I got DCed, which happens sometimes with my internet, and since I had other things to do for then, I just went on with my life, especialy that the Admin that asked about why I broke the wall didn’t reply after I told them why and, if there would be further concerns, I figured he’d talk with me some more. The round ended, reset - okay, I guess that’s all.
I think one person died from the fire and I tried defibing them but ‘no heart’ as I think it was an APC and I didn’t quite grasp them yet. I litteraly screamed that I fucked up as the fire spread and apologised in the OOC later on because I fucked up and didn’t mean to harm anyone. Not to mention I was literaly a physician and I play a medic because I want to help people out and not tritium-fire-flood them in the escape shuttle.
I’m sorry I fricked up over there, I didn’t know it would end like that, and only ever heard about tritium from some update notes and vague comms talk.
