So to me it seems you shoved him first, and then it escalated it to having to punch you. And after that you were the agressor every time, i question the narrative where you claim that you “defended” yourself from this janitor and rather you shoved him, he rightfully escalated it and you refused to walk away.

there was no proof in logs that the janitor had killed anyone, if so it was heresay

Edit: correction, seems that he had critted someone but as for context as to why that will have to be another investigation

@jimbob some kind of reply would be appriciated to keep this appeal from being stale, as ive seen in the logs i consider the if it was infact you defended yourself or you just seem to paint it that way
