As a subverted borg refused to follow his master orders, have very poor understanding of silicon laws and long past of not correctly enforcing them. Furthermore his ignorance resulted in his master death, and he didn’t do anything to save him.
Appeal Reason:
It’s been a fairly long time now and i’d be more careful now and ask admins if i’m unsure with something, rather than having this happen again.

It’s been a fairly long time , however during these past 5 months you have been cyborg banned you connected to server only a few times. which makes me unable to judge if your behavior has changed and if you will respect our rules now.
