Incident Description: In the literal first minute of the round, before the game goes Blue Alert even, he had already rushed Auxilary tool storage to get himself a full toolbelt and insuls. Then, when the admin finally responded to my bwoink about 10-15 minutes later, he had already scoured the maints looking for a flash to use despite him not needing one for his job and there being no real threat. (Learned this because the admin said he had one from "maint loot"

It’s not an exaggeration or hyperbole when I say it was in the first actual minute of the round. Literally he rushed tools at the start of the round, like he’s speedrunning or something. I got the assistant spawn right next to Aux tool storage, here’s the log
