Just saw this and started laughing my ass off. I don’t think I’ve ever griefed someone or engaged in what you people qualify as bad rp. What I have done is reacted appropriately to people who behave like assholes. Yeah. You heard me. No amount of rules and RP are an excuse to be a shithead to players. Trespassed into security with stolen access as a scientist. When the security officer apprehended & search them, they began accosting the player in LOOC before killing themselves IC. I think you could probably do with a bit of added time away from the game. Feel free to provide added context on the forums if you feel so inclined.
After spending the entire shift setting the station up (skeleton crew, mind you), the newly arrived security officer opens fire on me immediately after i take a seclite. They proceed to arrest and go on a charade about breaking the law on a station with less than ten people (iirc) while I call them what they are in LOOC. Repeatedly.
Failure to roleplay. Greytiding, removing doors using an RCD. When confronted physically by a player who works in the department they were destroying, decided the best course of action was to obtain a flash and baton to engage in PvP. Ask in the future, physical deconstruction is extreme, and so is critting a player for attempting to stop you.
Chef defends the service lathe like their life depends on it, to the point where it’s painfully obvious they just want to duke it out. Not to call out names but the chef in question is also known for seeking fights. I gave them the fight, in the end I got attacked lethally by an officer who got away scot free. Interesting, eh? The chef was also subdued by someone completely different from me for unknown reasons, and they were never under threat of death. Despite this I got the ban. Interesting, eh? “Failure to roleplay” also has zero meaning in this ban. The incident is isolated and the rest of the round went well. Interesting eh?
As HoP, was noted for an inpropriate behaviour for a head of staff, then decided to suicide in front of a person who told them they broke rules because ‘they ruined my fun’.
I don’t remember this in detail but I know I wasn’t messing with anyone on this round. From what I remember someone basically started calling me shit unprovoked so I suicided on the spot. Ruining fun is a real thing. This is a game we’re playing for fun. I know from my own moral code that this person was not being harassed or anything, but apparently our rules mean I get banned for suiciding from harrassment myself.

The botany shit’s from when I just started playing and had no Idea about anything. The cyborg thing happened because I was given fail laws that didn’t prevent stating, and I learned a lot about interpretation from that round, actually! The borderline grief was three highly obvious lava tiles that people somehow still willingly walked into without any influence. On LRP mind you, back when it existed.
You’re out here throwing shade while I consistently have nice rounds where I help people or work with them. Clearly I’m a shit player, eh? Maybe that’s why I was an admin for a while and fairly liked at it from what I remember. (Why am I not one now? It can best be described as drama crap. Don’t bother)

Remember folks. If the rules allow it, don’t hesitate to verbally assault a person, undo their work and/or progress they made, remove control from them, or remove them from the round for ages. The rules exist to keep the game fun for everyone after all.
It’s not like someone would be smart enough to memorize the rules and fuck with people without breaking them, right?

It’s untrue, there’s countless prs being made and they are reviewed in our unpaid free time.
If you have some balance issue you can propose a change on github, which isn’t really hard and people in #coding sure will help you with the process.
About game being slow, I don’t know, I haven’t experienced it, even during 2h rounds it wasn’t slow at the end.
