Do Lavaland mobs take damage from nettles and/or death nettles?
Nettles deal damage based on the sulfuric and flurosulfuric acid they produce, using the Hypodermic Prickles trait to apply the acid to things hit with them. As lavaland mobs are (to the best of my knowledge) simplemobs that don’t process reagents, the acid and thus the nettles will be ineffectual. This is for monsters like goliaths and legions, miners and ghost spawns will be able to process the acid.
Of course, if you grow Gatfruit, then it’s a different story entirely…
no if you use it you will get a message about how it bounced off them harmlessly
