Assistants just ask HoP now and the majority of the time they get it.

There’s not much difference

I never really give out that access, the only real time I would is for scientists to get discovery points

compromise by leaving maints access out but giving assistants HoP access

It’s not even been a year that our beloved rulers have decided to remove maint access to improve RP and you think there is even a slight chance of it coming back?

Yet it didn’t improve RP at all, as stated by admin prior “asking a department for something isn’t RP” which in this case is a two-step process of going to HoP and near 100% getting maints access.

Back when I was HOP I always tried to follow SOP and use centcom reasoning as to not give people maint access
