Cyrillic symbols aren't working

Ok, listen. I know that it is very unpopular theme. So I played on old beestation build local server (byond version: beta) and Russian language worked, but now capital letters are working incorrectnvxrkj2v1d051
here i’m trying to say “Cheeki-Breeki I v damki”, but letter “Ч” is wrong

And it’s not working only in IC chats. In OOC it works normally…
I looked through some russian forums and methods in those posts were outdated -_-
Maybe there is a way to disable Auto-grammar Capital letters?

The server’s language is English. There are currently no plans to fix vodka hieroglyphics that I am aware of.
