Killing the collosus then having to go get someone to surgery it in you is kinda really dumb.
With self surgery if you fail putting it in your mouth you take a bite out of it making it unusable.
I have two recommendations how to fix this.
The easy way:
Replace the organ drop with a voice of god autosurgeon like the one wizard gets to buy.
Hard way:
Take “Inspiration” from this hippie pull and make it actually work and make it encompass all organs while doing self-surgery
