Can't Access Beestation

Ah good. This issue again. There’s a wonderful BYOND bug that causes ghost sticky bans. We have no way to see them and no way to remove them (JimmyHandrix - banned by Access denied - #27 by Crossedfall). I can confirm, that there are no active bans for your current or previous accounts.

This has worked for someone in the past, so, we might as well give it a try here…


First, clear your BYOND cache by going into the preferences menu, the game tab, and clicking Clear Cache. Once cleared, restart BYOND and try connecting again.

If that doesn’t work, completely close BYOND and try manually deleting the cache and cfg folders. You can find them by going into the Advanced tab and clicking Open User Directory (remember to close BYOND after you open the folder).

Edit: It might be helpful to backup the cfg and cache folders before deleting them. If by some chance this works for you, sending me the contents of both folders might help us pinpoint the actual issue to get it properly resolved.
