   Incident Description: I wasn't even in this situation and this makes me angry. Shitty HoS takes shitcurity to the next level, spends a solid 30 minutes (NOT AN EXAGERATION) table slamming two perma prisoners for fun. This isn't just a power trip, it's full on sadism.

   Additional Information: I do not want this guy only permabanned from HoS, I want him *permabanned* from the server as well. This is henious behaviour very indicative of the person he truly is.

torturing perma prisoners and extracting as much salt as humanely possible from them is a tried and true passtime of any bored security officer
