Incident Description: with bloons I was making fusion and he spawned a red toolbox inside my fusion chamber which magically started smacking the glass wall holding the e11 fusion gases inside. During the round I was teaching @durrhurrdurr some fusion bs and how to get stim from it and bloons says fuck that imma adminbus you and he releases my fusion, destroying atmos pretty much killing me and pretty much killing durr from rads and heat/pressure. I ahelped instantly after it was spawned knowing it was adminbus because it was the old red toolbox and later ahelped asking if I could have a one of the old firesuits for a meme but he didnt even give me that ):. I also suspect this happened before (also unwarranted) as I have had my fusion magically explode while bloons was on.

I suspect this has happened before which is only why im complaining now, also because I was showing someone how to harvest gasses from fusion and was hoping to see how it went

Players exploiting game mechanics opens you up to adminbus.

The supermatter uses plasma glass for a reason.

Open air fusion can’t be contained by basic glass.

I dont think it can be counted as a “Game exploit” IMO

The SM doesn’t actually need plasmaglass to contain a fire in the SM. The resistance comes from the glass being placed on the rad collector’s tile facing the SM, instead of the SM chamber tile facing the rad collector, so the fire isnt actually on the tile where the glass is. If you were to set off an actual plasmafire on the rad collector’s tile, the plasmaglass windows would shatter like, uh, glass.
TLDR ss13 is just bad

I asked for the old model as a joke its still in the game, its /obj/item/clothing/suit/fire/firefighter or /obj/item/clothing/suit/fire/heavy I think but I digress it doesnt matter it was pretty cringe you destroyed atmos and my fusion setup that took me more then 25 min to make and setup.

Also can you confirm you did this in other rounds as well as this one? I have had fusion escape and ruin rounds before for seemingly no reason.

So from what I’m hearing, Bloons thought it’d be a good idea to ruin a person’s round and potentially the rounds of others (via making atmos a death zone) because he didn’t like how for whatever reason one could do fusion without needing plasglass windows.

I also fail to see how that “warning” he gave could be reasonably construed as such when it’s clearly phrased as a question.

I will admit, that was a shitty way to handle it bloons. It would ruin way more than 1 or two peoples’ rounds considering the entirety of atmos was afflicted by this. In fact, was this the round where everything got radioactive or am I thinking of something else? Just a moment.

No, that was another round where open air fusion in the middle of atmos fucked the round.

It’d be nice if there was a room that was isolated from the main atmos area, that had doors, and maybe vents to space, and maybe a pre-built burn chamber with a controllable vent to space.

The fire poked a hole in the floor and the room vented.

Oh i was on this round, i remember we, Ghost, were talking about the mess they were doing, considering the round before this station went chernobyl(done by an EAA as they pointed) we were kinda… expecting it to cause a mess and fuck the round over seeing how the whole of Atmos got irradiated (again) and yeah, they were taking basic precautions and… i think only one of them went outside, i did saw both Hurr, Nik and another atmos taking a long time on the shower and taking basic precautions

In any case the only thing i can add and the only reason i comment is to share this screenshot i took of the whole setup and Imhotep meme ghost since we were all watching it

As a side note i missed the explosion because i was looking for some space vines
