This report is rejected, the AI did nothing wrong and followed their laws appropriately within the scope of knowledge they had - the worst they did was not disclosing that they had been given a combat upgrade leading to confusion regarding them being malf.
Hacking APCs only prevents them from being used by others, it doesn’t actually harm them in any meaningful way. Utilizing the power from the hacked APCs is part of the combat upgrade and does not conflict with this lawset - it does make an IC conflict with engineering though.
