i fundamentally disagree.
your argument has been scientifically disproved
.> there will never be a perfect ss13 server
why even live
I mean. If there is no alternative for you, it technically makes bee the BEST server.
Bee has superior code to other servers (in my opinion). An active population. An active staff team. An active community. The principle difference which makes it distinct from other servers, is the desire to make the game as friendly, and inviting as possible. I don’t personally agree with a couple methods that are used to accomplish this, but the goal is a great one. I’ve said in PM’s, and elsewhere, that I view BeeStation servers as the two “flagship” SS13 servers. They are the quintessential Space Station 13 experiences. There’s always work to be done, and improvements to be made, but Bee is on the right track.
If anyone has specific complaints, post them up. I’m always happy to collate and refine data to present to the rest of the staff.
I don’t think it’s necessarily good
Be admin: Let’s all be nice and work together EEEEEE

Whether that’s a worthy goal or not is subjective, but it is the general impression I’ve received from my time in the community, so I believe it’s a fact. It’s an axiom on which the server is built.
That was exactly the altitude hippie had, and look at where they are now

Beestation is not changing any game elements in a radical way (not to my knowledge). So the complaint must lie within the handling of the community. Bee currently tries to create a much more friendly and polite (best description) community. This is achieved by limiting ONE single aspect of life of the more old players. The administration is not attempting to shrink down the current focus of community. Nor is it trying to shift the focus to a completely new territory. It is, however, broadening its appeal, which turns in new players. New players do not feel ANY pain from the minor restriction older players face, and as such, so long as you are able to tolerate the slurs (or rather, the lack of them), you are turning a net positive of players which very closely align with what sort of players joined earlier.
