Beaker medbot discussion thread

Reverts the need for matter but removes the pill press and bottlers.
Pretty much just output gates or a fancy new variant, both requiring external input of beakers or bottles.

Chem burden has been slowly going up from Med PRs so its no wonder theyve been neglected, a fate worse than removal.

If as robo you want them to be useful then go ask chem for a beaker of chems rather than dumping it at their door and just expecting them to do it.

Personally, making 150+ Oxandrocyclic pills is easy. Similar with plumbing it is a balance between reward and effort in making different chemicals and making a lot of it.

Variance VS. quantity.

While plumbing should be good, it should be easier in making a large quantity rather than a varied amount of chemicals.

Alright, I had an idea with this the other day that could be beneficial and could be a good in-between for people who liked the old medibot and others who enjoyed the medibots nerf. And it’s simple: The color of the medibot matters. You can make different types of medibots already depending on the type of medkit you used, so what if the type of medkit you used changed the type of chem it made? Plain medkits get atropine, toxins get anti-tox, suffocation gets dexalin or salbutamol or something, radiation gets potassium iodine, brute gets Bicard, burn gets kelotane, and the advanced kits gets tricord. You only get a limited number of medibots that can help with certain wounds.
