If you harm hit them without validity or them validbaiting you then the ban should stay. You can’t harm attack people on LRP without validity. You made yourself valid to them by self-antagging against them, giving them the right to try and kill you.

There is a two minute delay between you punching them and you hitting them with your tank. Maybe that’s the overall delay you’re thinking of there? During that time it looks like you were trying to break down a window with your tank.

To give you the best possible chance I’ve compiled a collection of all the logs with either you or the mime in it. I’ve included the ahelp in there as well, since it pertains to this appeal. Personally though, I’m not seeing much in there.

the logs look like Kate shoved the mime by accident. i don’t think she was targeting the mime. i do think she assumed the mime would retaliate so she decides to attack the mime because of that. mime was in his rights! i don’t think there was anything that happened after that that could be deemed as bannable conduct
