Ban Reason: Messed with the CMO for most of a round, then when the CMO had finally had enough and demoted them, beat the CMO to crit then disconnected. Please explain on the forums.

Appeal Reason: Hello, when I beat the CMO to crit, they were softcritted and I have put them on the surgery table. Another person then took a drill and murdered them in cold blood. I have tried to put the CMO in cryo cause they were just cloned but they refused to accept any help from me. Even trying to drag them around, they refused and even injected me with something that made me pass out, trying to demote me.

Additional Information: I disconnected after stating that I will be gone for several minutes then come back, because I was moving my laptop and I did not have an internet connection until now when I arrived home.

Hi. I was the CMO here (promoted by captain at his request, started as chemist)

You were harassing me from the very moment you joined the round - you kept grabbing and trying to drag me away while I was busy cloning and healing other people. You forced me into cryo against my will after cloning and disabled the auto-release, then after you let me out you insisted on trying to throw me in a sleeper so you could “check for brain damage”.

After the third or fourth attempt to force me into a sleeper I told you definitively to fuck off and that I was going to beat your ass if you didn’t stop fucking with me constantly. You finally left me alone for about ten minutes… then you returned to start slipping me in front of cryo so I finally injected you with 5u of a knockout/stam drug so I could take access off of your card and you decided to crit me.

Don’t try to act like you ever intended to help me back from crit. You also ignored the injured and dead people I was working on until another admin gave me a res.

Additional information: Medbay was a revolving door of dead bodies for most of the round and someone stole the Synthflesh it started with.

Player is an unapologetic shitter that, based on their reaction to being given a low dose of non-harmful sedative which quickly wore off, was attempting to valid bait me the whole time.

(Obviously this is my opinion as the player involved and should not be used to sustain the ban as a second opinion, I’m prone to being biased since I was dealing with the firsthand, but this is how things played out from my point of view)

They aren’t the one that actually killed me - their friend which they tried to give my PDA to was the one that brought me to -289 with a surgical drill; a player I had no prior interactions with.

They aren’t lying when they claim they only crit me, but crit without assistance to recover from it is effectively killing someone.

Seems like a light ban for shittery, likely due to low notes and what appears to be an old account.

I am against shortening this at all.

You don’t have to murder or maim people to ruin their round.
Shoving and minor grief over an extended period i.e most or all of the round is not cool.
