Incident Description: Archanial comes onto sage early into the round and makes a chat filling cat emote with the qoute "Whats up how are you " in chat then shortly after enables OOC for no reason and after a bit disables it again, saying hoes mad and leaves again.

I did everything described here.

Still not understanding why are you so butt hurt about this, round was going slow and I just wanted to say hi.

Personally, I think that report has no mass and you fail to point to the rules I’ve apparently broke.
But that’s not up to me to judge.

i am bias because i find this funny but
what’s wrong with it
i mean he enabled ooc in the round
but nobody ic ooced so i think it’s fine??/???/???/???/?
players seemed to react well

Embedding massive images in the middle of an ongoing round is generally seen as pretty obnoxious.
