APC Charger

Hefty device that powers an adjacent APC. Lasts a very long time, usually. Note: Kicks out sparks. Don’t plasma.

  1. Put in a good, charged power cell
  2. Touch an APC with it.
  3. Sit it down. Must be adjacent. Works at an angle, I think. Check the outputs @ relay if its getting values to confirm.
  4. Wrench it, screwdriver it.
  5. And don’t plasma.
