Hefty device that powers an adjacent APC. Lasts a very long time, usually. Note: Kicks out sparks. Don’t plasma.
- Put in a good, charged power cell
- Touch an APC with it.
- Sit it down. Must be adjacent. Works at an angle, I think. Check the outputs @ relay if its getting values to confirm.
- Wrench it, screwdriver it.
- And don’t plasma.
