Announce when an order or order request is deleted on cargo comms

Honestly feel like this could deal with people ordering shit and a tech silently deleting it before a good tech or QM can deal with the order so that the bastard tech can avoid doing their job (More common than you think). Maybe announce what order was deleted too but beggars can’t be choosers.

I wouldn’t say announce it, but certainly it should log somewhere the QM can check.

Would be nice if it’s linked to messaging PDA or seomething.

PAD Message:

  1. Your order #1337 has been approved/denied

  2. Your order #1337 has arrived.

Simple and doesn’t add spam to general chat.

I can almost hear the coders cries from here over the word “simple”
