Pretty much self-explanatory. If you allow a person to prove themselves before they get accepted you can easily iron out or assess most of their cons before they’re a full admin.
This would be the rank idea if this gets accepted (Temporary Trial-Min that only has power when an admin is overseeing them), (Permanent Trial-Min which still have their admin application open but does not need an high administrative rank to oversee all of their actions), (Game-Admin which have been fully accepted)

No, I mean an applicant should be able to ask an Headadmin and above for a trial which is their choice to do or not. They can keep doing this until an admin chooses to put them permanently as an trialmin which might not even happen. I’ve been told by an Senior admin that this has been talked about before but had went stale because no one really talked about it or supported it. Whichever one
No need to complicate the system further. If you’re playing here just to have a chance to be an Admin you have a problem.

I think the way the current system is gives us enough scope on a trial-admins abilities, as Xlyana said there is no real reason to complicate things even further.

No, this is a dumb idea. Posting an idea like this after immediately getting rejected for trailmin is just silly.
