   Incident Description:

Alfred Collins, assistant at round start, rushed to grab insuls and kept pushing/shoving Lynch Alucard, assistant. Lynch Alucard was in maint getting maint insults and kept getting shoved/punched by Alfred Collins. Alfred Collins proceeded to crit/murder Lynch Alucard and broke his way into chaplain’s crematory to incinerate Lynch so he could not be cloned.

Broke rules by self-antaging, not being good to each other, typical LRP griefing greytiding that should not be tolerated on MRP.

He was not an antag at all, just wanted to beat me to insulated gloves. It was a green round.

Asstistants rushing insuls isn’t really wrong. Him attacking you for minimal reason (stealing insuls off a person is self antag) was kind of wrong. But cremating instead of dragging to medical for healing is Waaay out of line.

You know what funny is you literally did the same thing to me when i welded down your wall because of a know fugitive, you then disarmed me for asking to search you and murdered me, then spaced me, you got gibbed by the admins for that so just shut the fuck up and stay of MRP if you feel triggered

I just want to point out that yes I agree it is typically very normal for assistants to “fight it out” at the start, whether that is PUSHING/DISARM/SHOVING or punching.

I think it is important to point out that from my memory (the logs should support this), Alfred pushed first (and started the aggression).

Additionally, I personally believe, even on LRP, critting someone is crossing the line, 100%.

To put it in simple terms of levels of escalation:
Level 0 - Shoving/pushing, no harm done
Level 1 - punching, etc, Fine
Level 2 - critting - this is where the line should be drawn, even on LRP. Usually try to heal/drag to medbay by this point.
Level 3 - killing, okay, this is where I personally draw the line (which means I will forgive the other person if they kill me and revive) and think it is too over, you should have stopped when they were in crit. Redemption for killing would be to clone them, which is all good.
Level 4 - gibbing/incinerating, etc, this is just way past the line. You’re permanently ruining another person’s shift, for what? A pair of insulated gloves?

This sort of behaviour isn’t even tolerated on LRP, let alone MRP, and I’m shocked to find out that this person is even a mentor (which I assume would imply some sort of ethical/sensible conduct IC). This is pure psychopathic levels of treating your fellow spessman.

Just wanted to put this out that early aggression is normal, but there are levels of what is accepted and Alfred has ventured into the point of no return.

You do realize that it was you that threw the first punch, right? It’s hard to read on my phone, but I can see at least three attempts to hurt him while he only shoved you.

Cremating someone over punching with no weapon is pretty harsh

Last I checked, punches were actually considered non lethal, since it takes a crap ton of hits to crit some one with fists. Cremating over what was essentially a brawl is a case of major overescalation, especially since the aggressor was the one who did so. This could pretty much be considered valid baiting.

As for the cremating, yeah shit thing to do but bet you other guy will consider not escalating in future

Shoving is an aggressive action. It’s a non lethal one, but alfred still threw the first hit. He’s the aggressor.

Either way, this is major overescalation, permanently removing a player from the round over what was literally a brawl. Even if this was LRP, it would be too far.
