Incident Description:
John faith seems more like a clown name considering he was a chaplain, this is like joining as captain named John Nanotrasen
We also had an lizard Named BOB playing as an assitant, probably new player because he was disconnected but I cannot verify that.
Additional Information:
I’ve met that BOB player in an earlier round, as a service cyborg - he was explaining to the bartender that his name was “BOB” despite showing up as “service cyborg-(bunch of numbers)”
I told him in LOOC “Hey if you want to make your cyborg name BOB you can do it in your character preferences, just modify your cyborg name to be that !”, which he was happy to hear although a fair bit confused
I strongly believe the guy’s super new to the game and is struggling with the UI more than wanting to have a weird name
The player in question has been misusing the “John …” in the past, I won’t bring examples here, but it’s safe to say they shouldn’t use John as a first name again if they care about trying any sort of roleplay here.
