very simple, I noticed that if your a plasmaman whos acting head of a department you cant really change your clothing into the command varient unless you wanna be set ablaze

I always thought it would be cool if there was an item from cargo or something so you could envirosuit-ify jumpsuit items like how the chaplain and xenobio can pressure and fireproof things
