   Incident Description: It was war ops and I gunned down a nukie in evac which led Ace Peregrine to gun me to death with laser guns. I didnt know why he didnt until i was told.

I was a nukie as well, and saw the ticket, so I shouldn’t be involved.

For context, at the point where the shuttle arrived, the only nukie was an assault borg that was doing hit and run attacks against the crew on the shuttle.

Round 14375

Looking over say logs it seems that both players were playing the round find throughout. Teoman was working with command to hide the nuke disk in creative ways. Acnordsmith was arming people with lasers telling them to go find and kill nukies.

Acordsmith opens fire on Teoman without being attacked first.

The fight turns into a three way shootout from what I can see, with the nukie somehow reflecting lasers.

The reason bass got in the ticket.

The question that determines if this is accepted or not is if the nukie you gunned down at evac was wearing a blood-red hardsuit or otherwise obviously a nukie. If not, then there is reasonable doubt that they thought you were killing crew. In that case it would be a misunderstanding and an in character issue.

As a general note Acordsmith has a clean record and is still somewhat new. There is nothing on their account that would indicate they intentionally seek to kill non-valids.

As far as I remember the nukie was wearing a elite syndicate hardsuit and blocking the shuttle.

Ima need you to dig deep and remember if you can. There is no way for me to view what they were wearing in logs unless they were forcibly stripped off which I didn’t see. If not it’s fine, if they were it’s self-antag and they’ll get a note at a minimum.

If I can’t get a 100% confident answer I can’t act on it.

I’m a fairly experienced player and I wouldn’t shoot another crew member unless it’s an accident. Yeah they were wearing the elite suit.

Sounds good. Since they have 100 hours and a clean record I will apply a note for this and no ban. I don’t know why they chose to do it, so Ill leave this thread up for 24 hours in the hopes they see it.
