People are forbidden from merging general crew and antag nerf or buff PRs until 3 months have passed since the last. Includes: combat, healing, general weapon mechanics, special abilities, sop, space law, security, medbay, revival, detection, objectives, communication, etc.
Changes are made after a community poll and subsequent thread where issues and solutions are brainstormed and sorted theough, then the changes are pushed in a PR. (This poll/thread is announced before each round while active)
People must have played at least 5 rounds and also at least 2 hours prior to the last PR in order to vote and participate.
You still try to push fixes, QoL or highly specific balance stuff with the same treatment as current PRs.

When someone is cloned, there’s a chance they’ll come back wrong.
This can either be An acquired antag status
Or the cloner reconstructs them in a degenerate state.
Felenids are Joseitos (or some new “monkey with cat ears & tail” sprite), humans are monkeys, lizards are ashwalkers or Chameleons. Moffs are mothroaches.
This chance increases with the age of the body, how much damage it has taken, if it’s just a brain, and the tier of the scanner in the clone chamber.
