Ok, so there’s a couple things about council rulings I’d like to talk about/suggest I guess.
First and foremost, I think council rulings should be more easily accessible, perhaps from the rules page.
Secondly, why the fuck is the anti-murderbone rule on MRP even a thing if there’s like a million exceptions, like your department having an easy way to murderbone.
